Welcome to aluminumbuildingsystems.com (the “Website”), operated by E.J. Vanheteren, LLC, d/b/a Aluminum Building Systems (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Website, requesting an estimate, using our website chat, or otherwise interacting with us through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Who We Are and What We Do

Aluminum Building Systems is a custom aluminum outdoor-structures contractor serving Northwest Florida. Through the Website we provide information about our products and services, the ability to request free estimates and 3D CAD design previews, and ways to contact and schedule with us. The Website is an informational and lead-generation tool; it does not by itself create a contract for construction work (see Section 4).

3. Use of the Website

3.1 License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to resell, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Website.

4. Estimates, Quotes, and No Contract Formation

Information, pricing ranges, free estimates, and 3D CAD design previews provided through the Website are for general informational purposes only. They are not binding offers and do not create a contract.

Any actual project is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both you and the Company, which controls scope, price, materials, schedule, warranties, and all other terms. Nothing on the Website modifies or replaces that signed agreement.

Product descriptions, specifications, span capabilities, and images on the Website are illustrative and may be updated without notice. Actual products and results depend on site conditions, engineering, permitting, and the terms of your signed agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, 3D renderings and CAD design previews, page layouts, and the proprietary methods we describe — is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Aluminum Building Systems” and our logo are our trademarks.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Any dispute relating to the Website or these Terms that is not subject to Section 14 will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us using Section 17 so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and post material changes on this page. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.

17. Severability, Entire Agreement & Contact

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website, and do not replace any separate signed agreement governing a specific project.
