• Project details — the product line you’re interested in, approximate budget range, timeline, how you heard about us, and any notes or photos you choose to share.
• Communications — the content of messages you send by form, email, chat, or text, and our replies.
• Scheduling details — information needed to book a consultation, if you choose to.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5), including:

• Device and browser type, operating system, and screen settings.
• Your IP address and general location (such as city or region).
• Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and the site or search you arrived from.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics about how visitors use the Website.

2.3 Information from third parties

We use reputable providers to operate our Website and manage customer relationships, and may receive information from them — such as form submissions captured in our customer-relationship platform, analytics reports, and review or social-media activity that mentions us. • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you opt in to text messages — for example by checking the consent box on one of our forms or replying to a message — you consent to receive SMS messages from us at the number you provide.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You don’t have to agree to texts to get an estimate or buy from us.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies with your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
• Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Numbers collected for texting are used only to deliver the messages you asked for and to communicate about your project, except as needed to operate the messaging service (the platform and carrier that actually send the texts).

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We — and the analytics or advertising providers we use — may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to make the Website work, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand usage.

The specific tools we currently use include:

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; some features may not work if you disable cookies. Where required by law, we request consent for non-essential cookies through a banner.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited cases below.

• Service providers. Companies that help us run our business under contract — website host, our customer-relationship and form platform, email and text providers, analytics, and scheduling tools. Representative providers include Google (Analytics 4), Meta (Pixel), and our customer-relationship and scheduling platforms.
• Professional advisors. Accountants, attorneys, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
• Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to this policy.

The Website may link to or embed third-party content (a Google Map, social links, manufacturer pages). We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices — please read their policies before sharing information with them.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to respond to you, complete and service your project, maintain business and warranty records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including serving the Website over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Request that we delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP).
• Ask that we not “sell” or “share” your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information).

Florida residents may have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, and residents of other states may have rights under their own laws. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the contact details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity first.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

12. “Do Not Track” Signals

There is no common industry standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, and the Website does not currently respond to them. We’ll update this section if that changes.
